The project was commissioned to provide the business with a strategic framework to develop volume, profit and brand equity throughout the entire business.

Solution:

We implemented the SAP Mobility Retail Execution Application on iPad as well as the supporting SAP CRM functionality together with the SAP Sybase Unwired Platform (SUP) as part of the Perfect Store program.

PROJECT OUTCOMES:

All of Customers’ Sales Representatives are now nationally using the SAP Rex Application on their iPads to perform their customer visits and in store auditing processes.
