Project Details:

Implement CRM and Mobility to allow customer to manage their accounts, visit plans, visits, leads, opportunities, surveys and compliance checks using the mobile application on iPad and using in-house CRM online capabilities.

Project Outcomes:

SAP CRM best practices and standard functionalities were applied to ensure the CRM and Mobility project went live within three months. The SAP CRM Sales application supports one of the customer’s four divisions with the opportunity of leveraging this investment into the remaining divisions. The division consists of 10 sales management staff members, 35 back office staff and 70 business development managers all servicing approximately 13,000 customers.
